Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY – SPECIAL PERIODS:

• We offer flexibility to the guest with the possibility to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the date of stay. Loss of the deposit paid from 30 days to the day of arrival.
• In case of cancellation due to proven limitations or illness linked to Covid-19, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the deposit with a validity of one year

Cancellation policies:

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
• For cancellations from 30 days to the arrival date 30% penalty.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the amount will be charged on unused days.
• In case of cancellation due to proven limitations or illness linked to Covid-19, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the deposit with a validity of one year
• Prepayment: the guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation.
• Changes and / or cancellations of your reservation must be provided in writing.

Conditions for reimbursement for Covid-19:

1. The country of origin requires the guest to go into “quarantine” upon returning from the stay.
2. Suspension of non-European flights.
3. Lockdown in the country of origin.
4. National or regional lockdown.
5. Italy does not accept people from the customer’s country of origin.
6. The host has tested positive for the virus and is in quarantine.

Not Covid-19

• Cancellation policies: A deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay is always required to confirm the reservation
• For cancellations from 30 days to the arrival date 30% penalty.
• Deposit: 30% of the total cost after booking
• The reservation is valid only after receipt of the 30% deposit. The amount can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card.
• By paying the deposit you accept our cancellation conditions.
