Winter in Livigno offers excellent conditions for those who love a skiing holiday and want to have some fun either on the all-levels ski slopes, in the snowparks, or through various sports activities. Here, winter starts early and ends late: from October to April the slopes are covered in snow, and artificial snow is rarely needed.
Skiing in the Valtelline valley is a dream come true! 29 blue slopes, 37 red slopes and 12 black routes for advanced skiers, 3000 metres above ski level, split into two separate districts: Mottolino and Carosello 3000.

After almost 20 years, in 2026 the winter Olympics will return to Italy. A large, operational Olympic Village has been constructed where the likes of Federica Pellegrini and Dorotea Wierer can train.
